You start by applying through our website. After reviewing your profile, our team schedules a one-on-one interview to understand your goals, preferences, and comfort levels. Based on this information, we connect you with a verified management agency that best aligns with your needs. Once you’re matched, you’ll work directly with the agency for onboarding, content planning, and payment arrangements.

Usually between 7 – 10 days after your interview, depending on which agencies are currently hiring your profile type.

Once you accept an offer, you’ll work directly with the management agency assigned to you. They’ll handle your account growth, strategy, and day-to-day operations while Ephyra remains available for support during the transition.

We take privacy extremely seriously. Your personal information remains strictly confidential. Partnered agencies block your country or region of origin when promoting your profile and use secure data systems to keep your identity safe.

Your limits are documented clearly during your interview. You’ll never be asked to produce content outside your comfort zone. The agency you’re matched with will always operate within your chosen boundaries.

All our partnered agencies follow professional conduct standards. If you ever feel uncomfortable, contact Ephyra directly via Instagram or our 24/7 WhatsApp Business account. We’ll immediately review the situation and, if needed, reassign you to another agency.

Yes. If you wish to end the collaboration, simply follow the contract terms (usually 2 weeks notice). We’ll help facilitate a smooth exit or, if you prefer, rematch you with another agency.

Payments come directly from your management agency and not from Ephyra. Most agencies offer flexible methods such as bank transfer, Skrill, or cryptocurrency.

This collaboration is built on mutual trust and success. Your manager needs your content to grow and succeed, just as you rely on your earnings. It’s in both of our interests to ensure you are paid correctly and on time, so you can focus on creating great content.

This varies by agency, but most creators receive payments weekly or bi-weekly. You’ll agree on your schedule during onboarding.
