Ephyra Collective is a recruiting hub. We introduce content creators, from first-timers to established names, to management agencies we have checked, and we stay out of the contract that follows.
Where we stand.
Everything is checked before an introduction is made. After that, it is between you and the agency.
Every application is reviewed
You apply once. Our team reviews it for quality, responsiveness and legitimacy before any introduction is made.
Every agency is vetted
Agencies are checked before they become partners, against the standards set out in our Modern Slavery Statement.
Then comes the introduction
When a profile and an agency fit, our team makes the introduction directly, over WhatsApp or Telegram. You decide whether to go ahead.
Then we step back
If you agree to work with an agency, the contract is strictly between you and that agency. Whatever you agree, you agree with them.
Predatory, unvetted management has damaged the creator economy. We only introduce creators to firms that meet our standards.

Not a management agency
We do not manage accounts, and we take no part in how the agencies we introduce you to operate.
Not an employer
We do not hire you, pay you or direct your work.
Not a party to your contract
If you agree to work with an agency, the contract is strictly between you and that agency.
No promises
