We vet independent Content Creators and match them with legitimate, professional, third-party management agencies.

No Guarantee of Placement: Submitting an application or onboarding into our talent pool does not guarantee selection, representation, or a placement contract with a partner management agency.

Independent Entity Status: Ephyra Collective is a separate entity from the third-party management agencies within our network. Once a successful introduction is made and consent is given, any subsequent business contract is strictly between the Content Creator and the respective management agency.
2. Eligibility and User Representations
By interacting with our platform or submitting an application, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

All information, social media profiles, and professional metrics you submit during the application process are accurate, truthful, and owned exclusively by you.

Your participation does not violate any pre-existing exclusive management, agency, or employment contracts.
3. Talent Acquisition & Scout Referral Programs
If you participate as a “Scout” or refer talent to the Ephyra Collective network:

Referral incentives or bonuses are only distributed based on successful placements that meet our designated contractual criteria.

Scouts operate strictly as independent contractors. Participation does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Ephyra Collective.

We reserve the right to disqualify any referral or revoke scout status if fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or coercive practices are detected.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All original text, branding, design elements, logos, and structural layouts on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Ephyra Collective. You may not copy, replicate, or redistribute any materials from this site—including our official position papers and organizational standards—without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ephyra Collective, its administrators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform, application status, or any business arrangements entered into with third-party agencies following an introduction.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your relationship with Ephyra Collective shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
